Debra Gilsenan, Practice Manager - Our Invaluable Organiser



Debra joined the Practice in 2002, and now has more than 23 years financial services experience behind her and is an extremely valued member of the team.

Debra oversees the admin team at the Practice, with unyielding attention for detail, and a healthy obsession for deadlines.

Providing first class Customer Service, Debra’s team will often be the first point of contact for queries or arranging appointments with clients, and she ensures the service levels set by the Practice are adhered to at all times.

Her industry qualifications also enable her to provide technical support for both clients and the sales team.

With an eye for detail she’s passionate about Customer Service.

Her specialisms

Debra specialises in pension transfer cases for the Practice.

Robert Pentelow, Business Administrator – A People’s Person



Robert became involved in the Practice in 2007 after 7 years running his own health club business. This has helped him develop a key understanding of private enterprise.

Passionate about the service provided by the team, Robert is a key advocate of meeting customer needs, and is diligent in ensuring that clients' expectations are exceeded.

Working alongside Emma, Robert is heavily involved with the development of the Practice and is dedicated to contributing to its continued success. Easy going and approachable, with infectious enthusiasm, clients enjoy his personable manner and energy.

  • Robert brings experience from 7 years as a health club owner and personal trainer for high net worth individuals, gaining a great understanding of their lifestyle and developing fantastic communication skills.

Debbie Griffin, PA to Alan Pentelow – Alan’s Rock



Debbie joined the Pentelow team in 2007, following 21 years in the financial services industry to take a key role in the management support team.

PA to Alan, Debbie has a strong involvement with the day-to-day running of the Practice, as well as developing relationships with clients.

With Debbie comes a commitment to providing the best possible service for clients, throughout their relationship with the Practice. In her role as PA, she is also an immense support to Alan in both business development and project management. Debbie loves to be organised.

Debbie has over 11 years experience delivering/ organizing specialist financial planning seminars and has an extremely focused approach to problem solving.

Christine Pentelow, Events Organiser/Accounts – An Avid Supporter



Christine has been involved in the business since day one running the accounts, as well as taking charge of planning and overseeing Corporate Events. A huge support to the Pentelow Family, Christine’s multi-tasking is widely recognized and her ability to work under pressure greatly treasured.

Passionate about the development of the Practice, Christine supports the team with dedication and enthusiasm.
