Debra Gilsenan, Practice Manager and PA to Emma Pentelow

Debra joined the Practice in 2002, and now has more than 26 years financial services experience behind her and is an extremely valued member of the team.
Debra oversees the admin team at the Practice, with unyielding attention for detail, and a healthy obsession for deadlines.
Providing first class Customer Service, Debra’s team will often be the first point of contact for queries or arranging appointments with clients, and she ensures the service levels set by the Practice are adhered to at all times.
Her industry qualifications also enable her to provide technical support for both clients and the sales team.
Debra now also provides PA support to Emma, providing technical backup, and with an eye for detail she’s passionate about Customer Service.

Lorraine Moston, PA to Alan Pentelow

Lorraine joined the Pentelow team in 2007, following 4 years in the financial services industry. With Lorraine comes a commitment to providing the best possible service for clients and always going that extra mile to give customer satisfaction. Her persistence in chasing people to bring about action gets the job done promptly.
In her role as PA, she is also an immense support to Alan in both business development and project management. Her experience gives her the ability to manage her time around her clients.
Michael Breen, PA to Robert Pentelow

Michael came to work in the practice in late 2009, bringing with him an experience from another financial service provider. His hard work and excellent time management around Rob’s clients ensure the job is done promptly and effectively.
Quiet and determined, Michael is a great asset to the team. He deals mainly with professional clients and manages his work around their time frame.
Jenny Egan, Practice Administrator

Jenny joined St. James's Place Wealth Management in 2009 and after having her son, Oscar, has now joined The Pentelow Practice on a full time basis.
Her roles now include:
- Specialises in Group Scheme management
- Organising events and seminars
- Appointment making
- Issues weekly bulletins
- Accounts and invoicing
Melanie Knowles, Administrator

Mel became involved in the company after leaving college in 2008. Later, she then worked for Rob as his PA before deciding to return to education at Leeds Trinity and All Saints to study teaching. She now works part time as a flexible member of staff and is involved in all general administration duties.
Christine Pentelow, Events Organiser/Accounts – An Avid Supporter

Christine has been involved in the business since day one running the accounts, as well as taking charge of planning and overseeing Corporate Events. A huge support to the Pentelow Family, Christine’s multi-tasking is widely recognised and her ability to work under pressure greatly treasured.
Passionate about the development of the Practice, Christine supports the team with dedication and enthusiasm.
